General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Purpose
These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) govern the vehicle cleaning services offered by Green Cleaners (hereinafter referred to as “the Provider”) to its private and professional clients (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”), at home, at the workplace, or at any other agreed address in the Geneva region. Any reservation implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
Services
The Provider offers interior, exterior, or full wash services, as well as additional services (seat shampooing, leather treatment, ozone disinfection, etc.).

Washes are performed by hand, using biodegradable products, according to the Provider’s quality standards.
Booking
Bookings can be made online via the website, by phone, or via WhatsApp at 078 324 39 29. The booking becomes firm upon confirmation by the Provider.
The Client undertakes to provide accurate information regarding the vehicle (type, size, condition) and the intervention location. Any incorrect information may result in a price adjustment on site or cancellation of the service.
Prices and Payment
Prices are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF), including VAT where applicable. Surcharges (SUV, Van, Estate, options, express intervention) are added to the basic rate.
Payment is made at the end of the service, in cash, via TWINT, or by any other means accepted by the Provider. For professional clients, invoicing can be arranged.
Client Obligations
The Client undertakes to:
- Make the vehicle available at the agreed time, in an accessible location that allows for safe washing
- Remove all personal, fragile, or valuable items from the vehicle before the intervention
- Report any specific characteristics of the vehicle (damaged bodywork, fragile paint, specific equipment, etc.).
Cancellation and Rescheduling
The Client may cancel or reschedule their booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed time, by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
After this period, and to cover planning and travel costs, the Provider reserves the right to charge all or part of the scheduled service. This measure is applied at the Provider’s discretion, taking into account the context (unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, first cancellation, etc.).
In the event of the Client’s absence at the appointment or inability to access the vehicle, the service may also be charged.
Weather Conditions
Exterior services may be postponed in case of unfavorable weather conditions (heavy rain, snow, frost, extreme temperatures). In such cases, the Provider will offer the Client a new date as soon as possible, without additional charge.
Liability
The Provider makes every effort to perform careful work in accordance with professional standards. However, its liability cannot be engaged for:
- Pre-existing damage to the vehicle (scratches, chips, paint defects, weakened seals, poorly secured accessories, etc.)
- Damage related to the Client’s failure to provide information on the vehicle’s condition or specific characteristics
- Loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle
- Any case of force majeure
Any complaint regarding the quality of the service must be made within 24 hours of the intervention, in writing (email or WhatsApp), accompanied by photos if possible.
Gift Vouchers and Subscriptions
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash.
Specific conditions for subscriptions are detailed in the subscription agreement provided to the Client.
Data Protection
Personal data communicated by the Client is used solely for the management of bookings and client relations. It is never transmitted to third parties. The Client has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data upon simple request.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These GTC are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution will, in the absence of an amicable agreement, be brought before the competent courts of the Canton of Geneva.
